All Amazing Box of Cards purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

School Fundraiser Orders

Orders placed through school or organization fundraisers are shipped in bulk to the participating school or organization, which is responsible for distributing the products to individual purchasers.

Participating schools and organizations are expected to inspect their shipments upon receipt and report any visible shipping damage, missing products, or incorrect items before distributing the boxes.

If an issue is identified upon delivery, the school or organization should contact Amazing Box of Cards promptly at info@amazingboxofcards.com, including photographs and details of the issue. We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Damage After Delivery to the School

Amazing Box of Cards does not cover damage caused by improper storage, handling, or distribution after the shipment has been delivered to the participating school or organization. This includes damage occurring while products are being transported home by students or other individuals.

Product Defects or Order Issues

If you discover a manufacturing defect or an issue with the contents of your box, please contact us at info@amazingboxofcards.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs, if available.

We will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
